摘　　要：根据装置运行情况,从仪表测量、工艺操作、机械检修等多方面入手,对年产60万t甲醇装置合成气压缩机组MIGV阀故障原因进行分析,并为设备下一步检修提出建议。According to the operation of the unit, the causes of the failure of the MIGV valve of the synthetic gas compressor of 600 thousand methanol unit are analyzed from the instrument, process and machinery, and suggestions for the next step maintenance of the equipment are put forward.
