摘  要:随着我国石油行业的不断发展,各项工艺技术也得到了发展。正压蒸馏技术便是其中重要的应用技术,在此项技术应用的过程中,塔顶及加热炉的温度严重影响着轻烃的质量和产量,而一直以来,塔顶及加热炉的温度是否对能耗以及单耗产生影响研究甚少,所以通过当场试验以及模拟计算,使轻烃在几乎不变的情况下,使塔顶的温度提高,并降低加热炉的温度,从而降低耗气耗油,以达成节约能源和降低能耗的目的。With the continuous development of China' s oil industry, various process technologies have also been developed. Positive pressure distillation technology is one of the important application technologies.In the process of application of this technology, the temperature of the top of the tower and the heating furnace seriously affects the quality and yield of light hydrocarbons.However, whether the temperature of the top and the heating furnace has been Little research has been done on energy consumption and unit consumption.Therefore, this paper mainly through field tests and simulation calculations, so that the light hydrocarbons in almost the same circumstances, the temperature of the top of the tower, and reduce the temperature of the furnace, thereby reducing consumption Oil gas, to save energy and reduce energy consumption reached the purpose.
