摘  要:近年来装置越来越大型化,泵也随之大型化。石油化工装置用泵主要分为三大类,即离心泵、往复泵和旋转泵。离心泵约占工艺用泵的80%~90%,其操作费用最省,维修量小,在管道设计时必须充分考虑气蚀余量或允许吸上真空高度的要求;往复泵有前后移动的柱塞,柱塞推动一次,各吸入和排出一次液体,就会引起泵的脉动,在管道设计时要考虑减震措施;旋转泵是靠泵内一个或一个以上的转子旋转来吸入和排出液体的,用以输送较重或黏度较大的物料,以机械方法代替离心力或往复作用以输送液体。In recent years, more and more large-scale devices, pumps also will be large-scale.Petrochemical plant pumps are divided into three categories, namely, centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps and rotary pumps.Centrifugal pump, accounting for about 80-90% of process pumps, the most cost-effective operation, a small amount of maintenance, pipeline design must take full account of the cavitation allowance or vacuum suction height requirements ; reciprocating pump plunger moves back and forth, Plunger push once, each suction and discharge a liquid, it will cause the pump pulsation, in the pipeline design to consider damping measures ; Rotary pump is by pump one or more rotor rotation to suck and discharge the liquid, Used to deliver heavier or more viscous materials, mechanically displace centrifugal forces or reciprocate to deliver liquids.
