摘 要:利用联氨与对二甲氨基苯甲醛的反应显色的原理,建立了联氨含量的化学分析方法。并设计了仪器流路;利用分析方法与单片机相结合实现仪器的自动测量,研制了检测水中联氨浓度的在线监测仪器。对仪器的重复性、示值误差等性能进行了测试,并与实验室手工测量数据对比,结果基本一致,加标回收率在99.0%~104%。Based on the principle of color reaction between hydrazine and p - dimethylaminobenzaldehyde, the chemical analysis method of hydrazine content was established. The instrument flow path is designed. An on-line monitoring instrument for the detection of hydrazine concentration in water was developed by combining the analysis method with single chip microcomputer to realize the automatic measurement of the instrument. The repeatability, indication error and other properties of the instrument were tested, and compared with the manual measurement data in the laboratory, the results were basically consistent, and the recovery rate of standard addition was 99.0 %-104 %.
