摘  要:府谷矿区煤层热演化程度低,以长焰煤、气煤等低阶烟煤为主。在总结直接液化用煤指标的基础上,分析府谷矿区大量煤岩煤质数据,研究表明3~#、4~#、6~#、10~#、11~#煤层灰分、挥发分、H/C高,硫分较低,煤岩惰质组含量较低,具有直接液化潜力。重点煤层4~#煤层的平面和垂向煤质关键指标分布特征表明其降低灰分可直接液化;府谷矿区浮煤适合直接液化。浮选降低灰分的同时会对H/C有一定影响,且硫化铁硫将被去除。Coal seams of Fugu mining area had low thermal evolution degree, and the coal types were mostly para-bituminous coals, such as long-flame coal and gas coal. The author analyzed quite a lot of coal petrology and coal quality data based on the summary of the predecessors" index of coal direct liquefaction. The study results showed that No. 3, No. 4, No. 6, No. 10 and No. 11 coal seams had direct liquefaction potential because of their high ash, volatile matter and H/C ratio and low sulfur content and inertinite content. The distribution characteristics of plane and vertical coal quality key index of No. 4 coal seam showed that it was suitable for direct liquefaction if its ash content could be reduced; float coals of Fugu mining area were suitable for direct liquefaction. Flotation process could reduce the ash content, while had a certain influence on the H/C ratio at the same time, and the sulfur of iron sulfide would be removed.
