摘 要:针对硬岩巷道使用综掘机施工速度慢、掘进成本高的问题,提出了深孔松动爆破技术配合综掘机掘进以提高掘进速度。以潞安矿业(集团)公司古城煤矿为例,通过理论分析和数值计算,设计大直径深孔松动爆破参数,并进行现场试验。结果表明:深孔松动爆破后,巷道断面形成3个区域:破碎区、裂隙区、稳定区,0.1ms形成破碎区,1.2ms后形成裂隙区,裂隙区半径大约为1.65m。综掘机掘进速度提高了约40%,截齿消耗降低了约60%,改善了工作环境。Aiming at slow construction speed and high excavating cost of fully mechanized excavator in hard-rock roadway, deep hole loosening blasting technology was used to increase the excavating speed as a cooperative method of fully mechanized excavator. Taking Gucheng Coal Mine of Lu'an Mining Industry Group as an example, large-diameter deep hole loosening blasting parameters were designed by theoretical analysis and numerical calculation, and the field test was carried out. The results showed that after deep hole loosening blasting, roadway section was divided into three zones, broken zone formed after 0. 1 ms, fracture zone formed after 1,2 ms and stable zone at last, the radius of fracture zone was about 1.65 m. After applying this technology, the excavating speed of fully mechanized excavator increased by about 40% and cutting pick consumption was reduced by 60%, and the work environment was also improved.
