摘　　要：选取与作业场所职业安全健康相关的欧盟法律法规、政府部门和统计体系,采用归纳总结的方法,对其性质和特点作了深入分析和总结,为深入了解和掌握欧盟职业安全健康体系提供了更加丰富的信息参考。同时,结合欧盟职业安全健康体系的特点和我国职业安全健康发展现状,提出了完善我国职业安全健康体系的建议,为促进我国职业安全健康发展提供参考和借鉴。The author chose, summarized and analyzed the EU laws and regulations, government departments and statistical systems by using generalization and summarization method which provided references for better understanding and grasping the occupational safety and health system of the EU. In the meantime, according to recent situation of occupational safety and health of China, suggestions on improving occupational safety and health system and a reference for promoting the development of occupational safety and health in China were provided.
