督脉贴敷+定向透药联合西药治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察督脉贴敷+定向透药联合西药治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院患者按按病志号抽签方法随机分为两组。对照组60例碳酸钙D3,1片/次,2次/d,口服;鲑降钙素,100IU/次,1次/d,肌肉注射。治疗组60例督脉贴敷+定向透药;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、骨密度、T-Score(T值)、VAS评分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(2周),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效49例,有效11例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%;对照组显效29例,有效19例,无效12例,总有效率80.00%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。VAS评分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]督脉贴敷+定向透药联合西药治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the Dumai＋directional sticking through the drug combined with western medicine in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. [Methods] the random parallel control method was used to divide 120 hospitalized patients randomly into two groups according to the number of signs. In the control group, 60 cases of calcium carbonate D3, 1 tablets/times, 2 times/d, orally, salmon calcitonin, 100IU/times, 1 times/d, and intramuscular injection. The treatment group of 60 cases of DU＋directional sticking through medicine; western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment for 1 weeks was the 1 course of treatment. The clinical symptoms, bone density, T-Score （T）, VAS score, and adverse reaction were observed. 2 courses of continuous treatment （2 weeks） were used to determine the curative effect. [Results] The treatment group was markedly effective in 49 cases, effective in 11 cases, invalid in 0 cases, the total effective rate was 100%. In the control group, 29 cases were markedly effective, 19 cases were effective, 12 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 80%, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.01）. VAS scores were improved in two groups （P〈0.01）, and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Dumai＋directional sticking through the drug combined with western medicine in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
