摘  要:目的研究基层医院应用钝钛爪形肋骨接骨板治疗肋骨骨折的疗效。方法选取东丽医院2013年5月-2017年5月收治的肋骨骨折患者40例,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例,对照组患者实施常规的外固定方法治疗,观察组患者应用钝钛爪形肋骨接骨板治疗。比较两组术后并发症发生情况。结果对照组患者出现肺部感染9例,胸腔出血7例,肺不张8例,胸闷气促6例,观察组患者出现肺部感染2例,胸腔出血1例,肺不张1例,胸闷气促1例,观察组并发症发生情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用钝钛爪形肋骨接骨板能够有效降低肋骨骨折患者术后并发症的发生几率,有利于患者更快恢复健康。Objective To study the application of pure titanium claw-shaped ribbed plate in the treatment of rib fracture in primary hospital. Methods 40 cases of rib fracture patients in Dongli District Dongli Hospital from May 2013 to May 2017 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each group. The control group received routine external fixation, and the observation group was treated with pure titanium claw-shaped ribbed plate. Results 9 cases of pulmonary infection, 7 cases of pleural hemorrhage, 8 cases of atelectasis, 6 cases of chest tightness and shortness of breath occurred in the control group. 2 cases of pulmonary infection, 1 case of pleural hemorrhage, 1 case of atelectasis, 1 case of chest tightness and shortness of breath occurred in the observation group. The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The use of pure titanium claw-shaped ribbed plate can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with rib fracture, and is conducive to faster recovery of health.
