摘  要:为明确建筑和桥梁钢结构低温疲劳性能可以进一步研究的内容和方向,从而提出其低温环境下的抗疲劳设计方法建议,从钢材力学性能与断裂韧性、基于材料与构造细节层面的应力疲劳寿命与疲劳裂纹扩展性能等方面,全面综述了国内外学者在钢结构低温疲劳性能方面取得的研究成果。结果表明,低温对钢结构疲劳性能的影响与钢材种类和其所在结构细节等因素有关;钢材疲劳韧-脆转变温度的存在,对钢材疲劳裂纹扩展行为会产生转折性的影响;对低温下建筑和桥梁钢结构的疲劳性能还要从材料、构造细节和构件3个层面,基于S-N曲线和断裂力学的方法,进行系统的理论与试验研究。In order to identify the knowledge gap of the low-temperature fatigue performance of building and bridge steel structures,and then to propose design suggestions for fatigue resistance under low temperature,recent research achievements on low-temperature fatigue performance of steel structures are comprehensively reviewed in this paper,including the mechanical properties,impact toughness and fracture toughness,stress fatigue life and fatigue crack propagation behavior in the level of materials and constructional details.The results show the effect of low temperatures on the fatigue performance of steel structures is related to the material category and structural details in which the steel materials are applied.The ductile-brittle transition temperature of fatigue crack propagation applies a significant impact on the fatigue crack propagation behavior.Theoretical and experimental investigations need to be conducted,in terms of materials,constructional details and components,based on the methods of S-N curves and fracture mechanics,for the evaluation of low-temperature fatigue performance of building and bridge steel structures.
