摘 要:贵州某铝土矿硫含量5.45%,Al2O3品位57.34%,嵌布粒度细,主要有用矿物为一水硬铝石。为给氧化铝生产提供合格的铝土矿精矿,采用浮选脱硫工艺进行脱硫试验。结果表明,原矿磨至-0.075 mm 85%,以SNS为抑制剂、硫酸铜为活化剂、丁基黄药为捕收剂,在矿浆p H=8.5的条件下,经过1粗3精2扫闭路流程浮选脱硫,可获得铝土矿精矿硫含量0.32%、脱硫率94.89%的良好指标,满足拜耳法生产氧化铝对原料硫含量的要求,尾矿也可作为生产硫酸的原料,综合效益较好。Contents of sulphur and A1203 in a high sulphur bauxite in Guizhou are 5.45% and 57.34% respectively ,the disseminated grain size is fine and the main useful mineral is diaspore. In order to provide qualified bauxite concentrate for alumina production, desulfurization experiment was carried out by flotation desulphurization technology. The results show that raw ore grinding to -0. 075 mm 85 %, with SNS as inhibitor, copper sulfate as activator and butyl xanthate as collector, in the condition of pulp pH = 8.5, a good index of bauxite concentrate with sulfur content of 0.32% , desulfurization rate of 94.89% was ontained via one roughing-three cleaning-two scavenging flotation desulphurization closed cycle process, which could meet the demands of alumina production by Bayer process for the content of sulfur in raw materials and the tailings could also be used as the raw material for the production of sulphuric acid, so the comprehensive benefits were better.
