摘 要:铁路轮对用双列圆锥滚子轴承的发热直接影响轴承系统的工作性能与列车的运行安全。基于国内外圆锥滚子轴承发热研究成果,建立了一套圆锥滚子轴承的发热分析模型,并基于353130X2双列圆锥滚子轴承就内圈大挡边仰角对轴承发热的影响进行研究。结果表明:内圈大挡边仰角对圆锥滚子轴承滚道与滚子间的发热影响不明显,而对滚子大端球基面和内圈大挡边间的摩擦发热影响很大,且存在一个对发热影响最小的内圈大挡边仰角值。When double row tapered roller bearings used in railway wheel pair generate healing, it will di- rectly affect the performance of the bearing system and operation safety of the train. Based on the research achievements of taper roller bearings at home and abroad, a set of heat analysis model for tapered roller bearing was established. And based on 353130X2 double row tapered roller bearings a study was taken on the impact of the elevation angle of the large flange of the inner race to the heating of the bearing. The findings show that the impact of the elevation angle of the large flange of the inner race to the heating between the raceway and the roller of the tapered roller bearing is not obvious. However, it has great impact to the frictional heating between the spherical base surface at the big end of the roller and the large flange of the inner race and there is an elevation angle value of the large flange of the inner race which has the least influence on the heat generation.
