摘 要:针对传统民居已损伤的砖柱与生土墙混合结构墙体,提出了体外预应力加固措施,采用力学计算和数值分析方法对加固施工中预应力幅度、构件数量、施加位置、施加顺序等进行了比较研究,优化了加固施工方案。结果表明:预应力幅度、构件数量、施加位置等因素对加固效果有显著影响,当采用3道预应力钢筋加固时裂缝控制效果较好,预应力施加顺序对加固效果无明显影响。The external pre-stressing approaches are proposed to enhance load bearing of mixed structure of brick column and raw soi wall in traditional dwelling houses. Several different enhancing schemes are compared by means of mechanical and numerical analysis,such as the magnitude of pre-stressing,the number of reinforcement components,the position and consequence of pre-stress acting and so on. Then the enhancing scheme is optimized. The analysis results show that the magnitude of pre-stressing,the number of reinforcement components, and the position of pre-stress acting significantly affect the final result. When three pre-stressing reinforcement bars are applied properly,the enhancing result is the best. On the contrary,the consequence of the pre-stressing acting has little effect on the final result.
