摘  要:首先对Kroll法海绵钛生产过程中爬壁钛的微观结构特点展开研究,进而分析爬壁钛在反应器壁处的生长过程及生成量的影响因素。研究发现,爬壁钛的生成无法避免,其生成量受MgCl2排放前后反应界面在纵向高度的变化、液镁沿反应器壁的上爬高度及反应容器内气相TiCl4量影响。In this paper, the microstructure of titanium formed on the reactor wall during titanium sponge production by Kroll process was investigated to further analyze the growth process of wall-adherent titani- um and its influencing factors for accumulation. The results show that the generation of wall-adherent tita- nium cannot be averted, and its accumulation is determined by the variation of vertical height for reaction interface before and after MgC12 discharge, the height of liquid magnesium on reactor wall and gaseous TiC14 content in reactor.
