摘 要:退浆废水具有水量大,COD值高的特点,严重污染水环境。本文应用絮凝、微滤、纳滤、氧化集成基础处理退浆废水,探索了絮凝预处理对微滤COD截留率和流量的影响,研究了有机膜截留分子量与条件的影响,考察了酸化剂种类的影响。应用添加量为3 vol.%聚硅酸硫酸铝,选择孔径为0.2μm陶瓷微滤膜,然后采用DK纳滤膜处理,最后采用硫酸酸化的二氧化氯氧化法处理纳滤渗透液,将退浆废水的COD值从21560 mg/L降低到了76 mg/L。Desizing wastewater is characterized by great quantity, high temperature, strong alkalinity and serious pollution to environment. The COD value is more than 20000 mg/L and the BOD/COD (the index of biodegrading effect) is only 0.05. The most COD of printing and dyeing wastewater is originated from desizing wastewater containing 1% PVA and 0.5 % starch. The microfiltration and nanofiltration integrated with flocculation and oxidation technology have been applied to treatment of desizing wastewater. The results indicate it is optimal that the COD can be reduced from 21560 mg/L to 76 mg/L as 3 % ploy aluminum silicate,is used as flocculation agent followed by microfiltration(0.2 μm), nanofiltration of DK membrane and CIO2 oxidations.
