摘　　要：近十年来,随着国家整体信息化水平快速提升,人民对智慧民生信息服务的需求也大幅增加。按国务院颁布《"十三五"国家信息化规划》的内容,2018年全国将分类建设100个新型示范性智慧城市,而智慧民生则是重中之重。浙江华数将依托广电网络的核心优势资源,通过对"三屏融合"的大数据等核心技术的研发,实现了多项智慧民生应用功能的落地和推广,实现了"时时可看,处处可学,人人可享",实现技术兴业、文化惠民,成为基层群众的信息中心、学习中心和服务中心。In the past ten years, with the rapid promotion of the overall information level of the country, the people＇s demand for information services for the people＇s livelihood has also increased greatly. Aceording to the ＂ 13th Five-Year＂ National Informatization Plan released by the State Council, China will build 100 new model smart cities in 2018, and smart livelihood is the priority. Based on the core advantages of radio and television network, Zhejiang Wasu will realize the application and promotion of many smart livelihoods through the re- search and development of core technologies such as big data of ＂three screens integration＂, allowing everyone to learn anytime and anywhere. In this way, it will boost the industry through technologies, and benefit the peo- ple with information access, and become the center of information, learning, and service for grass-roots people.
