摘 要:目的分析安徽省三级医院卫生信息化人才建设现状,为医院管理者适应"互联网+医疗"新形势下科学制订医院信息化人才发展规划和高校信息化人才培养提供参考依据。方法采用自制调查问卷对2016年7—12月调查安徽省三级医院信息化工作人员,分析医院信息化人才结构、培训及技能状况。本研究共调查25家医院信息部门,个人问卷294份,回收问卷258份,回收率87.8%。结果调查的三级医院均设有信息化部门,由副院长分管。信息化部门平均人数(11.76±4.60)名,平均年龄33.9岁。学历以本科为主,占81.8%;专业以计算机类为主,占60.5%;职称以初级为主,占38.4%,无职称人员占21.3%,高级职称为13.2%。信息人员与床位比为1∶145,信息人员与医院职工比为1:173,56%的医院信息化部门人员数量不能满足工作需要。过去3年各单位平均招聘(2.58±2.02)名,招聘人员学历以本科为主,占66.0%,专业以计算机类为主,占56.0%。未来3年各单位平均拟招聘人数为(3.64±4.31)名,学历本科和硕士分别占45.2%和48.4%,专业以计算机类为主(60.0%)。结论人才缺乏依然是信息化部门的信息化建设的第二大阻碍;医院需要进一步加强信息化人才建设,补充数量、优化结构,掌握信息化建设主动权。Objective To investigate the status of health information talents,providing evidences for making information talent development plan of hospital under the new situation of internet plus medical care.Methods Self-written questionnaire was used to collect the information of informatization personnel at tertiary hospital of Anhui province,including talent structure,training and skill requirement. 258 of 294 participants finished the questionnaire in 25 hospitals from July to December 2016. Results Informatization organizations were established in the charge of vice president in tertiary hospitals surveyed. There were average numbers of11.76±4.60 who worked in department of information each hospital,with 33. 9 years of average age,81. 8% for bachelor degree,60.5% for computer specialty,and 38.4% for primary title,21.3% for no title,13.2% for senior title. The ratio of information personnel to bed was 1: 145,and the ratio of information personnel to staff of hospital was 1 ∶ 173. 56% of hospitals surveyed were lack of information talent. In the past 3 years,the average recruits of each hospital were 2.58±2.02,with 66.0% for bachelor degree,56.0% for computer specialty. And in the future3 years,the average recruits of each hospital will be 3. 64 ± 4. 31,with 45. 2% for bachelor degree or master degree,and 60.0% for computer specialty. Conclusions The second obstacle to information construction is still lack of talents,and the hospital needs to further strengthen the construction of information personnel,supplement the quantity,optimize the structure,and master the initiative of information construction.
