摘 要:羽毛作为一种生物指示剂与其他的组织器官相比有着很多的优势,因而被国内外学者广泛应用.概括了羽毛作为指示剂对环境中重金属污染的监测研究的发展历程,总结了测定羽毛中重金属的实验方法,分析了在不同条件下的生物体内的重金属浓度的差异性,并对未来提出展望.The concentration of heavy metals in the tissues of birds,such as feathers,liver,kidneys and lungs,can reflect the degree of heavy metal pollution in their environment. As a result,birds are often referred to as indicators. As a biological indicator,feathers have many advantages over other tissue organs and are widely used by scholars at home and abroad. In this paper,the development of the plume as an indicator for the monitoring of heavy metal pollution in the environment and the experimental methods for determining heavy metals in feathers are summarized. The differences of heavy metal concentration in different organisms are presented.
