摘 要:轴带发电机系统因能有效利用主机的富裕功率,适合远洋船舶海上航行时使用。优越的经济性能使得其深受船东欢迎。为保证该系统的稳定可靠运行,需在船舶试航时对其各项性能进行试验。以71 900 DWT自卸船为研究对象,根据轴发系统工作原理,确定轴发系统海试负荷容量。通过对轴带发电机试验程序的梳理,解析了试验中关键技术的处理方法及案例,以供同类船舶试航时参考。Shaft generator system, which could use affluent power of main engine effectively, is suitable for ocean sailing vessels. The superior economic performance makes it popular with the ship owners. In order to ensure stable and reliable operation of the system, it is necessary to test its performance during sea trial. A 71 900 DWT self- unloading vessel was studied. Test load for sea trial was determined for its shaft generator according to working principle. Key technique issues and associated solutions during sea trial were discussed through case study. The summary of test procedure could serve as reference for similar vessels.
