摘　　要：目的:对比原发性及创伤后脑神经病变应用磁共振检查序列的效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2017年2月收治的50例可疑原发性或创伤后脑神经病变患者为研究对象,对其脑干进行3D-TOF序列扫描和3D-CISS序列扫描,对两种序列及其联合图像对相应脑神经形态及毗邻血管关系的显示情况进行分析,进而评价磁共振检查的准确率。结果:相对于3D-TOF序列或者3D-CISS序列,两种序列联合观察神经、血管的评分均要高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:磁共振检查中联合应用3D-TOF序列、3D-CISS序列扫描脑神经脑池段的成像效果、观察是否出现血管压迫现象的效果显著,优于单选序列,值得推广。Objective：To compare the effects of MRI sequences on primary and traumatic brain lesions.Method：From January 2016 to February 2017 were 50 cases of suspected primary brain trauma or neuropathy patients as the research object,3D-TOF sequence and 3D-CISS sequence scan to scan the brain stem,two kinds of sequence and combined images of the corresponding brain nerve morphology and adjacent vessels show the relationship among the situation analysis,accuracy evaluation and magnetic resonance imaging.Result：Compared with the 3D-TOF sequence or the 3D-CISS sequence,the scores of the two sequences were higher,and the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In MRI,the effect of using 3D-TOF sequence and 3D-CISS sequence to scan the imaging section of the cerebral nerve and brain section of the brain and observe the phenomenon of vascular compression is significant,which is superior to the radio sequence,and is worth popularizing.
