128层螺旋CT冠脉成像与DSA血管造影在心血管疾病临床诊断应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨128层螺旋CT冠脉成像与DSA血管造影在心血管疾病临床诊断应用价值。方法:选取本院在2012年9月-2015年5月间收治的148例心血管疾病患者为研究主体。分成A组和B组,A组73例,B组75例。A组采用128层螺旋CT冠脉成像检测诊断,B组采用DSA血管造影检测诊断。对比两组的冠脉狭窄程度检出率与诊断结果。结果:两组检测后,冠脉中重度狭窄的检出率较为相近,对比无差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组的确诊率为82.19%,误诊率为12.33%,漏诊率为5.48%;B组的确诊率为76.00%,误诊率为14.67%,漏诊率为9.33%,对比差异较显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:128层螺旋CT冠脉成像技术应用于心血管疾病的诊断中,可以大幅提高冠脉狭窄程度的检出率,而且确诊率较高,可为心血管疾病的科学诊断提供数据支持,应在临床中普遍应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical value of 128 slice spiral CT coronary angiography and DSA angiography in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases.Methods：148 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease in our hospital between September 2012-2015 and May were selected as the research subjects.Divided into A group and B group,A group of73 cases,B group of 75 cases.In group A,128 slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging was used to detect and diagnose,and the B group was detected by DSA angiography.The detection rate and diagnostic results of coronary artery stenosis were compared between the two groups.Results：The detection rate of moderate and severe stenosis of the coronary artery was similar,there was no difference between the groups,and there was no significant difference（ P〉0.05）.The diagnosis rate of A group was 82.19%,the misdiagnosis rate was 12.33%,the missed diagnosis rate was 5.48%; the rate of diagnosis was 76%,the misdiagnosis rate was 14.67%,the rate of missed diagnosis was 9.33%,the difference was significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The 128-slice CT coronary imaging technique is noninvasive detectionmethods which can greatly improve the detection rate of clinically suspected coronary heart disease.It should be widely used in clinical.
