摘  要:目的:通过对肺部结节进行低剂量螺旋CT扫描与常规剂量扫描,评价低剂量螺旋CT扫描技术对肺部结节的应用价值。方法:将我院收治的78例肺结节患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行常规螺旋CT检查及低剂量螺旋CT检查。对比两种检查获得的图像质量、肺结节检出情况及肺结节形态学之间的差异。结果:低剂量扫描获得图像质量为甲者70例(89.8%)、乙6例(7.6%)、丙2例(2.6%),与常规剂量扫描图像质量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低剂量扫描共发现结节数目103个,其中伴毛刺征32例(31.0%)、分叶征21例(20.4%)、胸膜凹陷征19例(18.4%)、血管聚集征6例(5.8%),两者对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低剂量扫描图像噪声略高,但辐射剂量明显降低,两者对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低剂量螺旋CT扫描与常规剂量扫描对肺结节的检出无明显差异,适合肺部结节的筛查及初步诊断,而且合理范围内的低剂量扫描又能在最大程度上减少患者受到的辐射伤害。Objective:To through the study of the low-dose spiral CT scanning of lung nodules with conventional dose scanning,evaluate low-dose spiral CT scan technology application value of pulmonary nodules.Methods:Will our hospital 78 cases of patients with pulmonary nodules as the research object,all patients were performed spiral CT examination and conventional low-dose spiral CT examination.Compared to two kinds of inspection for image quality,lung nodules detection and the difference between lung nodular morphology.Results:Low dose scanning to obtain image quality as Jia Zhe 70 cases( 89.8%),ethyl 6 cases( 7.6%),2 cases( 2.6%),compared with conventional dose scanning image quality difference is no statistical significance( P〉0.05).Low-dose scan found nodule number 103,among them with burr) 32 cases( 31.0%),points Ye Zheng 21 cases( 20.4%),pleural indentation sign 19 cases( 18.4%),blood vessels,gathered) 6 cases( 5.8%),both comparisons difference has no statistical significance( P〉0.05).Low-dose scan image noise is a little high,but significantly lower radiation dose,both comparisons differences statistically significant( P〈0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose spiral CT scanning with conventional dose scanning for the detection of lung nodules have no obvious difference,is suitable for the screening and preliminary diagnosis of pulmonary nodules,and within a reasonable range of low-dose scan again and reduce the radiation damage in patients with the maximum.
