摘  要:目的:分析三维超声检查在11-13^(+6)周早孕期胎儿中枢神经系统畸形中的应用价值。方法:对2012年1月至2016年12月期间在我院超声科进行11-13^(+6)周三维超声检查的22532名孕妇进行回顾行分析,统计无脑及露脑畸形、前脑无裂畸形、脑膜膨出、脊柱裂、脊柱排列异常等中枢神经系统异常胎儿例数,分析三维超声在早孕期中枢神经系统异常的应用价值。结果:经三维超声诊断发现中枢神经系统畸形22例:其中无脑儿及露脑畸形14例,脑膨出3例,全前脑2例,开放性脊柱裂2例,脊柱排列异常4例。结论:三维产前超声检查作为排查胎儿11-13^(+6)周中枢系统畸形的重要方法,对早期诊断胎儿中枢神经系统畸形有较显著的临床应用价值。Objective:To evaluate the application value of three-dimensional ultrasonography in fetal central neurological malformations during first-trimester.11-13^+6 weeks.Methods:A total of 22532 pregnant women underwent 11-13^+6 weeks were retrospectively analyzed of 3D-ultrasound in our hospital from Jan.2012 to Dec.2016.Calculatie the number of abnormal fetal central neurological malformations,such as anencephaly,exencephaly,encephalocele,holoprosencephaly,open spina-bifida and abnormal spine arrangement.The application value of three-dimensional ultrasonography in central nervous system abnormality of first-trimester fetal was analyzed.Results:22 cases of central nervous system deformity were found by three-dimensional ultrasonography.There were 14 cases of anencephaly and exencephaly,3 cases of encephalocele,2 cases of holoprosencephaly,2 cases of open spina bifida and 4 cases of abnormal spine arrangement.Conclusion :Three-dimensional prenatal ultrasound is an important method for the diagnosis of fetal central nervous system malformation in the first trimester 11-13^+6 weeks of fetus.
