摘 要:SEPIC变换器有很多优良的性能,非常适合于超级电容充放电、光伏发电等输出电压变化范围较大的场合。由于SEPIC变换器的特殊结构,电路中二极管的功耗很大,这制约了SEPIC的低压大电流应用。文中简单阐述了SEPIC变换器的工作原理,给出了SEPIC变换器输出电压和二极管电流的计算公式,分析了传统SEPIC电路中二极管电流随占空比的变化和功率耗散情况,提出了采用同步整流技术的SEPIC变换器结构,降低了变换器整体功耗,建立了自举升压式SEPIC变换器同步整流TINA仿真模型。通过仿真分析,验证了理论的正确性。SEPIC converter has many excellent performances,and it is very suitable for super capacitor charging and discharging,photovoltaic power generation and other output voltage changes in a wide range of occasions.Because of the special structure of the SEPIC converter,the power consumption of the diode is very large,which restricts the application of SEPIC in the low voltage and high current applications.This paper briefly described the working principle of SEPIC converter,gave the calculation formula of the output voltage of SEPIC converter and the diode current,analyzed the traditional SEPIC circuit diode current with the duty ratio change and power dissipation,put forward SEPIC converter structure using synchronous rectifier technology,reduced the overall power converter,and established a synchronous rectifier TINA simulation model of bootstrap boost SEPIC converter.The correctness of the theory was verified by simulation analysis.
