摘　　要：目的探讨低温等离子射频消融术治疗喉角化症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析35例喉角化症患者。术前取病理明确诊断,采取支撑喉镜显微镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗,术后随访1-12个月,观察疗效。结果 35例患者中,均一次性手术治愈,治愈率100%,无并发症。结论低温等离子射频消融术治疗喉角化症治愈率高、安全、有效,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation technique for laryngeal keratosis. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out among 35 patients with laryngeal keratosis. All of them were diagnosed by pathology before operation and treated by low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation with the support of laryngoscope microscopy. After 1-12 months of follow-up, the curative effect was observed. Results All the patients were cured without any complication after one surgery. The cure rate Was 100%. Conclusions Low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for laryngeal keratosis has a high cure rate and is safe and effective. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
