摘  要:[目的]探讨施肥对大豆产量及品质的影响,以及不同处理荚粒的垂直分布。[方法]该试验以大豆品种辽豆21为试材,采用叶面肥与NPK施肥方式,随机区组设计,共设计3个施肥处理,并测量大豆产量和品质。[结果]NPK底肥的施用能够显著增加大豆的产量,以处理T3(NPK+叶面肥)产量最高,T1(无肥)产量最低;NPK底肥提高了脂肪含量降低了蛋白质百分含量和氮脂总量,增加了大豆各层次的平均百粒重。不同层次单株荚数表现为中上层(60~90 cm)最多;每荚粒数表现为上层(>90 cm)最多。[结论]NPK底肥可为大豆栽培管理提供参考依据。[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effects of fertilization on the yield and quality of soybean and the vertical distribution of pods and seeds under different treatments. [Method] Three fertilizer treatments(no fertilizer; NPK fertilizer; NPK fertilizer) were designed according to randomized block design regarding Liaodou21 as tested material, and the yield and quality of soybean were measured. [Results] The application of NPK base fertilizer significantly increased the yield of soybean, T3 and T1 showed the highest and the lowest yield. NPK base fertilizer increased the oil content and decreased the content of protein and total protein plus oil content, and increased 100-seeds weight of all layers in soybean. The highest pod numbers per plant in different layers showed in the middle and upper layers(60 ~90 cm), while the highest seeds number per pod showed in the upper layers(90 cm). [Conclusion] NPK base fertilizer could provide reference for cultivation and management of soybean.
