摘  要:采用多光谱辐射测温法对火工品燃烧温度进行检测时,要求热辐射系统同时能够成像,针对此要求对系统进行了设计。从测量参数约束出发,对变焦镜头主要参数、变焦方程以及各组元的基本参数进行了计算。依据变焦原理与变焦方程编写MATLAB分析程序,以正切差、视场角、系统总长为约束条件,综合考虑光焦度分配,以寻求最佳的结构参数,设计的变焦镜头可实现400~1700nm波段图像信号的传输。最后采用ZEMAX软件,分别在可见光和近红外波段进行优化设计和像质分析。可见光波段在满足视场要求的情况下,其各点传递函数均不小于0.5@100lp/mm,满足移动精度的要求。Multi-spectral radiation temperature measurement method was used to detect the burning temperature of the flames;the thermal radiation system was required to image at the same time;for which the system was designed. Based on the measurement parameters,the main parameters of the zoom lens,the zoom equation and the basic parameters of each component were calculated. According to the principle of zoom and zoom equation,MATLAB analysis program was written. Take the tangent difference,field angle and system length as constraint,the focal power distribution was considered to find the structural parameters.The zoom lens can transmit 400-1700 nm band Image signal. Finally,ZEMAX software was used to optimize the design and analysis the image quality in visible and near infrared band respectively. In the case of satisfying the field of view,the transfer function of each point was not less than 0.5@100 lp/mm,also the requirements of measurement accuracy was met.
