摘  要:汽车轮胎压力监测系统(TPMS)是行车安全的关键,是汽车安全课题中的热点。基于无线胎压监测系统无需对现有车辆进行任何改造,安装调试方便快捷的需求,研究了基于无线传输的通用型汽车胎压胎温监测系统。设计了一种高灵敏度的无线传输方案,使得系统工作在ISM频段发射模块和接收模块相距35米时误包率低于1‰,且数据采集发射模块的温度压力测量精度不低于±2%FS,实现了远距离、高精度的无线传输。重点解决了卡车等大型车远距离无线数据有效传输问题,并提出了一种纯软件的轮胎定位方法,方便了系统的初装和更换。有效地防止轮胎爆胎,节省轮胎磨损,有良好的应用前景。Automobile tire pressure monitoring system(TPMS)is very important for vehicle safety,and it is a hot topic in automobile safety field. In order to meet the needs of convenient installation and debugging without any modification to the existing vehicles,the universal tire pressure monitoring system was studied on the basis of wireless transmission. A highly sensitive wireless transmission scheme was designed. When the designed system works in the ISM band which distance was 35 meters between transmitter module and receiver module,the signal loss rate of the system was less than one per thousand;and the temperature and pressure measurement accuracy of data acquisition and transmission module was not less than ±2%FS;the long distance and high accuracy wireless transmission has been realized. Focusing on solving the problem of long-range wireless data transmission of trucks and other full-size automobiles,a pure software tire positioning method to facilitate the system of the initial installation and replacement was proposed. The functions of preventing tyre burst have been realized and the tire wear has been saved;there was a good application prospects.
