东京都市圈福利性住房分析以及对北京的启示

摘　　要：本文聚焦于东京都市圈的福利性住房,通过搜集一手资料,围绕东京都福利性住房的四个不同类型,对东京都福利性住房的相关操作政策和管理方法进行了全面的阐述梳理和分析。其中,东京都政府积极投入改善高龄家庭的住房和配套服务,并且针对其老龄化和少子化问题采取了一系列住宅对策。在此启示下,本文对北京福利性住房的发展现状及问题进行了分析总结;在学习和借鉴东京都先进的福利性住房经验和运行模式的基础上,给北京乃至其他城市的福利性住房发展提出了一些建议和对策。This housing in the Through collect paper metr ng f focuses on the opolitan area of welfare Tokyo. rst-hand data, we combed re Ievant po I i c i es and management methods for welfare housing in Tokyo based on different types.
