摘  要:建立了微波消解一原子荧光光谱法测定环境空气中锡的方法,以硝酸和双氧水为消解体系,消解温度为160℃。实验结果表明,在0~15Hg/L浓度范围内锡线性关系良好,样品加标回收率在94.2%~104.0%间,5份不同浓度样品的锡测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于5%,当采集环境空气为600L,定容体积为50mL时,环境空气中锡的最低检出浓度为0.01μg/m3。本方法前处理具有操作简单、酸用量少、消解完全、低空白等优点,适用于空气中微量锡的测定。A microwave digestion - atomic fluorescence spectrometry method was developed for the determination of tin in ambient air, nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide were as digestion system, decomposition temperature is 160 ℃. The experimental results showed that tin linear concentration range is good in 0 - 15μg/L, the standard addition is in between 94.2% - 104.0%, the recovery of sample of 3 samples of different concentration of tin the determination results of relative standard deviation less than 3%. When collecting ambient air is 600 L, constant volume size of 50 ml, tin the lowest detection concentration in the ambient air is 0.01 μg/m3. The pretreatment method has simple operation, less dosage of acid, digestion, and the advantages of low blank, it is suitable for the determination of trace tin in the air.
