摘  要:采用球磨配分级机的干法加工工艺路线,生产D50=1.0~1.3μm硅酸锆超细粉体,其产品品质完全达到硅酸锆粉体下游使用行业的质量要求。实践表明,采用干法加工工艺,可以替代现有的湿法生产工艺。球磨配分级机的工艺流程非常简洁、易于维护,且节能降耗、几乎无环境污染。这个新工艺符合国家节能减排的大政方针,是目前生产超细硅酸锆的优选工艺路线。Dry ball milling and classifier process is adopted to produce D50=1.0-1.3μm ultra-fine zirconium silicate powder and the finished product quality can totally meet the demand of its application industry. Practice indicates that the dry milling process can replace the existed wet milling process. Dry ball milling and classifier process has features of simple technology process, easy maintenance, power consumption and little environmental pollution. This new process is in line with the national policy of energy conservation and emission reduction. It is the optimal process for the production of ultra-fine zirconium silicate powder at present.
