摘　　要：针对蓄电池在运用过程中发生的外壳膨胀、单体开路电压低、爬碱严重、容量降低甚至冒烟等质量问题,通过严格控制蓄电池电解液液面检查及注液、容量检测、绝缘测试、单体电压测量等维护手段,提高蓄电池工作的安全性、可靠性、耐久性。Aiming at the quality problems of shell expansion,low open-circuit voltage of monomer,serious alkali electrolyte leaking,capacity reduction and smoking occurred in the operation,the security,reliability and durability of the battery are improved through strictly controlling electrolyte level examination and the maintenance methods of liquid injection, capacity detection,insulation test and monomer voltage measuring.
