摘  要:对高径比H/D>15且高度H>30 m的塔器,裙座与下封头对接焊缝连接处在横风向共振的作用下,容易产生疲劳破坏。以某精制塔为例,依据NB/T 47041—2014标准及释义,采用理论计算方法对焊缝处的交变应力强度幅进行计算,并建立有限元模型进行分析,应力分析计算结果和理论计算非常吻合,真实准确地对该焊缝的疲劳强度进行安全评定,并对不同焊缝高度的疲劳强度进行校核和对比,为高耸塔的设计提供参考。For the towers which fall into the scope that the height 〉30 m and the ratio of height to diameter H/D 〉15, in accordance with the standard, the resonance induced from crosswind should be taken into account because the weld joining end head and skirt may be failed due to fatigue. In this article, exampled with a distillation tower and based on NB/T 47041—2014 and its explanation, the stress amplitude at the weld was calculated. Then finite element model for the same structure was built and the analysis was performed. It was found that the results from theoretical calculation and finite element analysis were closed, with which fatigue strength for the weld can be precisely evaluated. Finally, with respect to different weld height, the fatigue strength assessment was carried out, which may be referenced for the design of high towers.
