摘　　要：某石化公司PTA干燥机在运行过程中,发生螺旋进料机螺旋轴螺带断裂事故,通过现场调查分析,找到事故原因是由于上游滤饼湿度过大造成的,并通过工艺调整解决此问题,取得很好的经济效益和社会效益。One accident of shaft fracture was occurred in the screw feeding device in the operation of PTA dryer. From onsite investigation and analysis, it was found that the accident was due to extra water existed in the filter cake from upstream. From rearranging the process, this problem can be solved, and then economic and social benefits have been achieved.
