摘 要:目的:建立大鼠异体植骨结构性植骨.方法:使用SD大鼠股骨,分为ABC3组,A组为植骨供体组,B组为造模组,C组为雷奈酸锶提供组.在麻醉消毒满意后,取A组大鼠股骨中段1.5cm作为供体.供体骨经反复冻融后植入B组及C组大鼠股骨处,术后常规伤口处理,于术后6周处死大鼠,使用影像学、组织学方法,验证造模效果.结果:B组植入骨与宿主无抗原反应,X线可见纤维组织填充骨组织间隙,未可见明显骨性愈合迹象,micro-CT及组织学结果都支持X线结果;C组可见明显骨愈合倾向,大体可见宿主骨与植入骨紧密连接,X线可见二者中间无明显间隙,micro-CT下可见二者骨髓再通,骨皮质有骨痂形成、紧密连接,骨计量学显示C组较B组有明显的骨量增加及骨小梁的重构,组织学更是看到周围有大量类骨组织生成、提示骨性愈合倾向,宿主骨与植入骨二者直接骨髓的再通以及骨内膜在C组可见增生明显较B组活跃.结论:大鼠异体结构性植骨模型建立成功,且用雷奈酸锶促进模型骨性愈合效果较好,具有可行性、可操作性、可重复性以及稳定性.Objectiv: To establish the structural bone graft in rat bone allograft. Methods: Using the femur of SD rats, divided into three ABC group, A group for bone graft donor group, group B for the model, group C provided for strontium ranelate. After the anesthesia was satisfied, the 1.5cm group of A group was taken as the donor. After repeated freezing and thawing, the donor bone was implanted into the B group and the C group of rats, and the rats were sacrificed at 6 weeks after the operation. Using the imaging and histological meth- ods, the results of the model are verified. Results: In group B, there was no antigen reaction between the bone and the host. The X - ray showed that the fibrous tissue filled the gap, and there was no obvious signs of bone healing. Micro - CT and histological results support the results of X - ray. The C group showed obvious bone healing tendency, generally visible closely connected with the host bone graft; in- termediate X is visible two without obvious gap, micro - CT two visible bone marrow recanalization, bone callus formation, tight junctions, bone histomorphometry showed that C group than the B group significantly increased bone mass and bone remodeling small beam. Histologically, there were a large number of types of bone tissue around to see the formation of bone healing, the host bone and bone graft in the two direct bone marrow and bone graft in the C group were significantly more active than the B group. Conclusion: The model of structural bone graft in rats was established successfully, and the results were good. It was feasible, reproducible and stable.
