摘　　要：目的：结合文献复习总结1例陈旧性经舟骨月骨脱位患者切开复位Herbert螺钉内固定后的治疗效果.方法：2016年6月收治1例经舟骨月骨骨折脱位患者,患者青年女性,因车祸伤致胸部多发肋骨骨折在外院行闭式引流治疗后4周,发现右腕经舟骨月骨脱位、桡骨茎突骨折入院手术治疗.对其临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果：术后给予右腕护具保护.术后随访至今,术后4个月骨折愈合良好.结论：结合文献,陈旧性经舟骨月骨骨折脱位一般手法复位困难,而切开复位后用Herbert螺钉内固定治疗可取得良好的治疗效果,且具有操作简单、固定可靠等特点,值得临床推广和应用.Objective： To review the treatment effect of ORIF with Herbert screw dated on the dislocation of the lunar via scaphoid bone fracture（case report and literature review）. Method： A female patient had the dislocation of the lunar via the fracture of the scaphoid because of a traffic accident in June 2016. , She had multiple fractures of ribs with closed drainage treatment in other hospital. After 4 weeks ,the patient have gone an ORIF of the scaphoid with Herbert screw. The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results ： The right wrist protection was given ＇after operation. After follow - up, the fracture healed well in 4 months. Conclusion ： Combined with literature, dated dislocation of the lunar via the scaphoid bone fracture is very difficult to treatment by non - surgery. Bnt with Herbert screw after open reduction and internal fixation treatment can obtain good therapeutic effect, and has the characteristics of simple operation ,reliable fixed, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
