血府逐瘀汤联合西医治疗在特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察与分析血府逐瘀汤联合西医治疗在特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年2月—2016年9月期间于本院进行诊治的80例特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者为研究对象,将80例患者按照随机分配的原则分为对照组40例和治疗组40例,对照组进行常规西医治疗,治疗组则在对照组治疗的基础上加用血府逐瘀汤进行治疗,然后统计两组患者中不同严重程度者的临床总有效率、治疗前后的血清细胞因子及免疫指标,并将两组的统计结果分别进行比较。结果治疗组中不同严重程度者的临床总有效率均分别高于对照组,治疗后不同时间的血清细胞因子水平均低于对照组,免疫指标均好于对照组,两组患者治疗后的评估结果间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀汤联合西医治疗在特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者中的应用效果较好,且对本类患者的细胞因子及免疫状态也有积极的调节作用,因此临床应用价值相对更高。Objective To observe the effects on idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ ITP） treated with xuefu zhuyu decoction and western medicine in the patients. Methods From February 2015 through to September 2016,80 patients of ITP were diagnosed and treated as the subjects. They were randomized into a control group（ 40 cases） and a treatment group（ 40 cases）. In the control group,the routine western medicine was used. In the treatment group,on the basis of the treatment as the control group,xuefu zhuyu decoction was added. The total clinical effective rates,serum cytokines and immune indexes before and after treatment were analyzed and compared statistically in the two groups. Results In the treatment group,the total effective rates of different severities of ITP in the treatment group were all higher than the control group. After treatment,the cytokine levels at different time points in the treatment group were lower than the control group and the immune indexes were better than the control group. After treatment,the assessment results were different significantly（ P 0. 05） in the two groups. Conclusion The combined treatment of xuefu zhuyu decoction and western medicine achieves the satisfactory effects on ITP. It plays the active role in the regulation of cytokines and immune state. Hence,this treatment is highly valuable in clinical practice.
