阴极电泳涂料无树脂颜料浆的制备

摘　　要：利用一种分散剂涂易乐Disper-CED制备了汽车阴极电泳涂料用颜料浆,同时也用不同汽车涂料厂家提供的电泳涂料用分散树脂制成了传统的阴极电泳涂料用颜料浆。通过对比几种颜料浆的ζ电位、离心稳定性、黏度和耐腐蚀性,可以发现制得的无树脂阴极电泳涂料用颜料浆可以满足阴极电泳涂料槽液的要求;这种无树脂阴极电泳涂料用颜料浆配方成本更低,性能稳定,可以作为树脂分散阴极电泳涂料用颜料浆的替代方案。In this paper, Toynol dispersing agent Disper-CED was used to prepared pigment slurry applied in automobile cathodic electrophoretic paint, and pigment slurry applied in traditional cathodic electrophoretic paint was prepared with the dispersing resin supplied by different automobile paint companies. By comparing several pigment slun＇y types＇ （potential, centrifugal stability, viscosity and corrosion resistance, we found the prepared resin-free cathodic electrophoretic paint can meet the demand of bath solution of cathodic electrophoretic paint. This formula of pigment slurry applied in resin-free cathodic electrophoretic paint is lower in cost and stable in performance, and can be used as an alternative solution of resin to disperse pigment slurry applied in cathodic electrophoretic paints.
