肛管直肠损伤的诊治体会

摘　　要：为探讨肛管直肠损伤的治疗方法,回顾性分析近5年收治的52例肛管直肠损伤患者的病历资料,根据肛管直肠损伤的部位、类型、原因、损伤后时间、污染程度、损伤分级以及合并症的程度,选择了不同的手术方法。结果显示,及时正确的诊断和治疗是提高肛管直肠损伤患者疗效的关键,也是维护肛管直肠损伤后解剖结构的完整性,保持排便功能正常,减少后遗症最有效的方法。In order to explore the therapy for ano-rectum injury,authors retrospectively ana data of 52 patients with ano-rectum injury admitted in authors＂ hospital in recent 5 years. A yzed the case 1 patients received different procedures according to injury site, pattern, cause, the lasted time after injuried, contaminated degree,the grade of injury,and the degree of complication. As results,timely and right diagnosis treatment is the key to enhance effect,also the most effective method for maintaining intact anatomic structure after ano-rectum injuried,preserving defecation function being normal,and reducing sequela.
