摘  要:设计了用于智能阀门定位控制系统的新型电磁感应非接触式直线位移传感器,具有结构简单,成本低,不受管道中油污、粉尘等环境影响等优点。通过对传感头、各部分电路设计以及相关实验,最终实现测量范围在0~50 mm的范围内时,测量误差在-0.06~0.04 mm之间,能够很好地满足阀门开度控制的要求,同时实现了高性价比,在实际工程中具有很强的适用性。A linear non-contact displacement sensor based on electromagnetic induction,which is used in intelligent valve position control system is designed. This design has the advantages of simple structure,low cost and not suffering the effect of oil pollution,dust and other environmental conditions in the pipeline. Through the design of the sensor head,each part of the circuit design and related experiments,finally realize measurement error within-0. 06 ~ 0. 04 mm while measurement range of 0 ~ 50 mm,which can well meet the requirements of valve opening control,implement cost-effective at the same time and has a strong applicability in practical engineering.
