摘　　要：在经过了2016年又一轮飙涨以后，房企融资在2017年走势如何呢？本文试从多个视角进行观察和分析。借用的量化指标主要有两类，即同比和权重。房企融资观察范围限定在房企信贷融资（以下简称“房贷”）、Maintiiining a steady and healthy development of real estatec is an economic and social development issue. In recent year, reducing the weight of lewraged financing of housing enteipiises in the financing stmcture is an important goal at the policy level. This article analyzes the operating situation of the financing of housing enterprises in 2017 form a plurality of perspectives,summiarizes its operating characteristics, further discusses its gains and losses, and looks forward to the financing trend of the housing enterprises in 2018.
