静滴头孢唑啉给药剂量、静注时间、血浓与疗效间的关系

摘　　要：本文报道了三十例患者使用头孢唑啉2g、3g、4g、6g、8g不同剂量的静滴情况,并进行了血浓监测,分析了剂量、滴速、血浓与疗效间的关系。结果表明:对于一般轻度感染患者采用2g头孢唑啉置于250ml补液中静滴1～1.5h,一天二次;若病情严重,则可酌情增加剂量,采用3～4g头孢唑啉静滴,一天二次的治疗方案较为适宜。This paper report the results from monitoring cefazolin's serum concentrationsin thirty patients, the dosages used were 2. 3. 4. 6 and 8g administered by I. V. in-fusion. then analysed the correlation of dosage, infusion rate, serum concentrationwith curative effect. The studies indicate, in mild infection 2g of cefazolin shouldbe dissolved in 250ml of a compatibal sterile intravenous solution and infused overa period of 1-1. 5h q12h. For serious cases, the dosage should be increased to 3-4gq12h depending on the severity of the infection.
