摘  要:本文通过研究,设计了一款高精度的测量仪,可以准确测量电阻、电容、电感值。系统的硬件主要有单片机控制模块、正弦信号产生模块、测量模块、显示模块。AD9851产生正弦波信号,经过滤波、放大处理,得到频率和幅值可调的高精度正弦信号。然后得到的标准直流信号流经待测电阻、标准正弦信号流经待测电容或电感与标准电阻的串连电路,利用电压比例计算的方法计算得到电阻值、电容值或者电感值,该仪器测量准确,精度高,功耗小,具有良好的应用价值。In this paper, a high precision measuring instrument is designed, which can accurately measure the resistance, capacitance and inductance.The hardware of the system mainly includes the MCU control module, the sinusoidal signal generating module, the measurement module and the display module.The sine wave signal is generated by AD9851, and the high precision sinusoidal signal with adjustable frequency and amplitude is obtained by filtering and amplifying.Standard DC signal is then obtained through the resistor, the measured standard sine signal through series circuit capacitance or inductance and resistance of standard test, using the method of voltage ratio calculation the calculation of resistance and capacitance or inductance, the instrument measuring accuracy, high precision, small power consumption, has good application value.
