摘　　要：针对舰载软武器电路板平均无故障工作时间小于25h的特点,基于GJB1032中ESS试验条件剪裁方法,以GJB/Z34筛选度模型为理论,制定了某电路板具体简化ESS试验条件,经多批次生产验证,所制定简化ESS试验条件,满足产品使用要求,极大缩短试验时间,提高试验效率。According to the characteristics of a circuit board failure time is less than 25h, selected by GJB/Z34 model theory, GJB 1032 ESS test con- ditions cut method based on the circuit board developed a simplified ESS specific test conditions, the batch production shows that the set of simplified ESS test conditions, in the case does not affect the screening effect, shorten the the test time and improve test efficiency.
