摘　　要：目的分析青海省乙型病毒性肝炎(简称乙肝)报告发病质量,科学评价青海省乙肝报告现状。方法采用分层抽样方法,依据青海省地域特点将8个州(市)分为城市、农区、牧区,在每层中选择一个乙肝报告高发县,调查辖区所有18家有乙肝报告的医疗机构2010年网络报告的所有乙肝病例。结果共调查18家医疗机构病例948例,其中住院病例603例,复核前后病例占报告数的百分比分别为98.51%、29.52%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=628.62,P<0.01);门诊登记病例345例,复核前后病例占报告数的百分比分别为90.43%、1.74%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=546.16,P<0.01),报告准确率仅14.77%。130名参与诊断和报告的医务人员调查显示,无一人能准确掌握乙肝报告标准。结论青海省乙肝报告发病率偏高,不能真实反映乙肝实际发病情况。Objective Analysis the quality of viral hepatitis B reporting in Qinghai Province,and to evaluate the status of hepatitis B in Qinghai Province. Methods Eight states（ cities） were divided into urban,agricultural and pastoral areas according to the regional characteristics of Qinghai Province. A total of 18 medical institutions with hepatitis B reported Network reported all cases of hepatitis B in 2010. Results A total of 948 cases were investigated in 18 medical institutions,603 cases were hospitalized,and 98. 51% and 29. 52%,respectively（ χ2= 628. 62,P〈0. 01）,and the percentage of cases before and after the review was significant. The percentage of cases before and after the review with statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）,and the percentage of cases was 90. 43% and 1. 74%（ χ2= 546. 16,P〈0. 01）. A survey of 130 medical personnel involved in diagnosis and reporting showed no one was able to accurately understand the standard for hepatitis B reporting. Conclusion The incidence of hepatitis B reported in Qinghai Province can not truly reflect the actual incidence of hepatitis B,the accuracy rate was14. 77%.
