摘　　要：目的对2014-2016年巴彦淖尔市职业性布鲁氏菌病进行流行病学分析,为预防职业病提供科学的基础数据。方法将2014-2016年全国职业病网报系统巴彦淖尔市职业性布鲁氏菌病网报数据导入Excel电子表格,按地区分布、行业分布和人群分布对资料进行整理、汇总、分析。结果 2014-2016年共确诊职业性布鲁氏菌病病例192例,居巴彦淖尔市职业性布鲁氏菌病发病例数历史高点。发病地区临河区最高,占94.3%;发病性别男性较高,占81.8%;发病年龄21~30岁组最高,占36.9%;发病的专业工龄1~4年工龄组最高,占51.6%。结论巴彦淖尔市重点职业人群布鲁氏菌病的防治形势依然严峻。加强对职业性布鲁氏菌病的防控,严格执行畜间灌服免疫制度和病畜淘汰宰杀,强化职业人群健康教育依然是今后职业性布鲁氏菌病防治的主要措施。Objective To conduct epidemiological analysis of occupational brucellosis in Bayannaoer City during 2014-2016,to provide scientific basic data for preventing occupational diseases. Methods Importing Bayannaoer＇ s occupational brucellosis data in the national occupational disease report system from 2014 to 2016 into Excel spreadsheet,sorting,summarizing and analyzing the data according to the regional distribution,occupation distribution and population distribution. Results 2014-2016,there are 192 cases of diagnosed occupational brucellosis,which hits a new record in Bayannaoer City. Linhe District has the highest incidence,accounting for 94. 3%; gender with higher incidence is male,accounting for 81. 8%; the largest morbidity occurs in people aged between 21 and 30,accounting for 36. 9%; people with 1 ~ 4 years seniority have the highest morbidity,accounting for 51. 6%. Conclusion In Bayannaoer City,the situation of preventing risk vocational crowd from going down with brucellosis is still grim. In future,the main measures of defeating the occupational brucellosis are still to reinforce the prevention and control,to strictly enforce the drenching livestock immune system and slaughtering the affected animals,and to strengthen the health education among occupational population.
