云南两所医院就诊人群吸烟行为特征及简短戒烟干预服务现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解云南两所医院就诊人群的吸烟行为特点以及认知与行为的关系,为医院戒烟门诊、医院简短戒烟以及相关戒烟工作的开展提供数据依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样的方法,抽取一家省级医院、一家市级医院,对门诊和住院病人采用问卷调查的方法收集研究资料。结果共调查就诊者2 886人,回收有效问卷2 419份,其中:(1)就诊人群的吸烟率、现在吸烟率、每日吸烟率分别为47.8%、36.9%、25.5%,其中男性为68.1%、52.9%、37.4%,女性为14.6%、10.2%、6.8%。(2)现在吸烟人群中,有戒烟意愿的就诊者占45.0%。(3)现在吸烟人群中有49.5%的烟民在看病过程中医生未曾给予简短戒烟干预。(4)吸烟人群持有低焦油低危害错误观念的占53.4%,吸烟可致中风知晓率为42.3%、致心脏病知晓率为45.6%。结论医生简短戒烟干预服务有待进一步普及和规范。Objective To study the smoking behavior and the relationship between cognition and behavior among patients in two hospitals in Yunnan,to provide data basis for smoking cessation clinics in hospitals or for short-term smoking-quitting intervention and relevant smoking-quitting. Methods Multi-stage stratified sampling had been used in the survey. 1 provincial and1 municipal level hospital had been selected and the data had been collected by giving out questionnaires to inpatients and outpatients. Results The total investigated patients were 2 886,and 2 419 questionnaires were valid. The results were：（1）Smoking rates,current smoking rates,daily smoking rates of patients respectively were 47. 8%,36. 9% and 25. 5%. As for male patients,the rates were 68. 1%,52. 9% and 37. 4%,and female＇ s were14. 6%,10. 2% and 6. 8%.（2）45. 0% smokers hold the intention to quit smoking.（3）Half（ 49. 5%） of smokers had not been advised to quitsmoking during the visit.（4）More than half of smokers had misconception as＂Low tar,low harm＂. Less than half of smokers were aware of that smoking could cause stroke and heart disease. Conclusion The doctor ＇s short-term smoking-quitting intervention needs to be further popularized and standardized.
