摘　　要：目的观察溴鼠灵毒饵一次性饱和投放的灭鼠效果。方法勘查现场,了解鼠情,搞好环境治理。现场采用一次性饱和投饵,杀灭前后用粉迹法调查鼠密度。结果投饵20 d、60 d后,鼠密度从灭前的23.7%降至为0.0%,灭鼠率达到100.0%。结论在搞好环境治理的条件下,一次性饱和投放溴鼠灵毒饵可以控制鼠害。Objective To observe the effect of bromadiolne bait by saturatedbaiting for one time. Methods After surveying the scene,knowing the rodent situation and improving the environmental governance,saturatedbaiting with bromadiolne for one time was used in rodent control,powder trace method was used to investigate the density of mice before and after killing. Results After 20 and 60 days of saturatedbaiting,the density of rats reduced from 23. 7% to 0. 0%. The deratization rate reached 100. 0%.Conclusion Under the condition of improving the environmental governance,saturatedbaiting with Bromadiolne in rodent control was effective.
