乌鲁木齐市2014-2016年基层医疗机构消毒质量分析

摘　　要：目的了解乌鲁木齐市2014-2016年基层医疗机构消毒工作现状,为加强全市消毒工作管理提供依据。方法按照《医院消毒卫生标准》GB 15982-2012、《医疗机构消毒技术规范》WS/T 367-2012等标准规范,采用现场采样和实验室检测方法对基层医疗机构的消毒效果进行检测。结果 2014-2016年全市基层医疗机构消毒监测总合格率在82.7%~84.8%之间,差异无统计学意义。2014年与2015、2016年相比,压力灭菌器合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.9、P<0.01,χ2=21.7、P<0.01),紫外线灯辐照强度合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=48.8、P<0.01,χ2=49.1、P<0.01),中度危险性医疗用品合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.9、P<0.01,χ2=22.7、P<0.01);2015年与2016年相比,口腔治疗用水合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=15.9、P<0.01);2014年卫生院(室)与一级医疗机构、社区卫生服务中心相比合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.4、P<0.01,χ2=22.2、P<0.01),2015年卫生院(室)与一级医疗机构、社区卫生服务中心相比合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.3、P<0.05,χ2=7.7、P<0.01),2016年卫生院(室)与诊所、社区卫生服务中心相比合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.1、P<0.01,χ2=11.3、P<0.01)。结论乌鲁木齐市基层医疗机构消毒工作相对稳定,在部分项目上存在薄弱环节,需加强消毒意识,提高消毒质量。Objective To understand the status of disinfection work in basic medical institutions in Urumqi,to provide the basis for strengthening the management of disinfection work. Methods The disinfection efficacy of primary medical institutions was detected by GB 15982-2012,WS/T 367-2012,etc. Results The total qualified rate of disinfection monitoring in the primary medical institutions of the city 2014-2016 between 82. 7% ~ 84. 8%,there is no statistically significant difference. There is statistically significant difference from 2014 to 2015（ χ2= 21. 9,P〈0. 01） and 2014 to 2016（ χ2= 21. 7,P〈0. 01） on pressure sterilizer. There is statistically significant difference from 2014 to 2015（ χ2= 48. 8,P〈0. 01） and 2014 to 2016（ χ2= 49. 1,P〈0. 01） on ultraviolet light irradiation intensity. There is statistically significant difference between 2014 to 2015（ χ2= 15. 9,P〈0. 01） and 2014 to 2016（ χ2= 22. 7,P〈0. 01） on moderate risk medical supplies. There is statistically significant difference between 2015 to 2016（ χ2= 15. 9,P〈0. 01） on oral treatment water; there is statistically significant difference between Township Health Center to First-level medical institutions and Community Health Service Center（ χ2= 6. 4,P〈0. 01,χ2= 22. 2,P〈0. 01） in 2014. There is statistically significant difference between Township Health Center to First-level medical institutions and Community Health Service Center（ χ2= 5. 3,P〈0. 05,χ2= 7. 7,P〈0. 01） in 2015. There is statistically significant difference between Township Health Center to Clinic and Community Health Service Center（ χ2= 10. 1,P〈0. 01,χ2= 11. 3,P〈0. 01） in2016. Conclusion The disinfection work of basic medical institutions in Urumqi is relatively stable,there are weak spots in some projects,and need to strengthen disinfection consciousness and improve disinfection quality.
