河北省清苑县居民高血压患病现况及危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查河北省清苑县常住居民高血压的患病现况,并对有关危险因素进行分析,为高血压的防治提供科学依据。方法通过多阶段随机抽样选择清苑县6个乡镇4 968名15岁以上常住居民为调查对象,对其进行高血压病相关问卷调查、体格测量和血糖检测,并对相关危险因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果清苑县居民高血压患病率为12.84%。其中男性患病率为12.23%、女性患病率为13.46%,男女患病率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.69,P>0.05)。患病率随年龄的增长呈现上升趋势,不同年龄组之间高血压患病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=1 179.06,P<0.01)。高血压总治疗率为60.97%,控制率为57.33%。Logistic回归分析,患有高血压的危险因素有年龄大、吸烟、患有糖尿病、患有向心性肥胖和超重(OR=2.637、2.478、4.780、2.354、1.294)。结论针对清苑县高血压患病现状,今后应加强高血压防治知识的宣传和教育,以中老年、吸烟、患糖尿病、向心性肥胖和超重人群为重点防治对象。Objective Through the investigation of the prevalence of hypertension in the residents Qingyuan County of Hebei Province,the risk factors related to the disease were analyzed,and the scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases was provided. Methods Qingyuan County as the survey site,through a multi-stage random sampling selection Qingyuan County,6 townships 4 968 residents aged 15 or above as the survey object,the hypertension disease-related questionnaire investigation,physical measurement and blood glucose testing,and Logistic regression analysis of the relevant risk factors. Results The prevalence rates of hypertension of Qingyuan County were 12. 84%,The man prevalence were 12. 23%,and woman prevalence were 13. 46%,there was no significant difference（ χ2= 1. 69,P〈0. 05）. The prevalence increased with age rise,there was a statistically significant difference in the prevalence of hypertension between different age groups（ χ2= 1 179. 06,P〈0. 01）. The hypertension treatment rate was 60. 97%,the control rate was 57. 33%. Logistic regression analysis showed that risk factors for hypertension were older, with smoking, with diabetes, with obesity and overweight（ OR = 2. 637,2. 478,4. 780,2. 354,1. 294）. Conclusion According to the current situation of hypertension in Qingyuan County,in the future,we should strengthen the publicity and education of prevention and treatment of hypertension,elderly,smoking,diabetes mellitus,concentric obesity and overweight people as the focus of prevention and control of the object.
